Excellent Stay After a Long Drive - Pet Friendly & Great Location! After a long drive in from the border, I was thrilled to find this hotel-pet-friendly with convenient valet parking right on the premises. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth after a tiring journey. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, which was exactly what I needed to relax. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring Monterrey, with easy access to sightseeing spots. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers, especially those with pets. A fantastic stay overall-great service, comfort, and convenience!

We spent one night here and intended to travel but then we had to stay one more night in Monterrey so we returned to this hotel with beautiful views and lovely staff. Everything was great the second night, too. We wish we could have stayed longer. Amenities were sufficient, staff were helpful and friendly, the room had fabulous view on the hills. We loved it all.

We loved everything but especially the location and the view from our room. Everything is at a walking distance and there’s an always open 7/11 right next to the hotel entrance. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was great value for money. We parked with ease. We only wish we had a fridge in the room but apart from that, all other amenities were there.

Large, clean room with a comfortable bed. Great view. Good restaurant. Waiter Fernando was extremely polite, helpful, and has some facility with English. Good location. Lots within walking distance. Good resources for recharging computers and related equipment (USB ports available).

Room is exactly as in the pictures, beautiful, comfortable and with nice view. Nice decoration, excellent location near downtown, good services and tasty breakfast.

Extremely accommodating and helpful staff. Very nice area with lots of access to nearby restaurants. Nice little gym. Lots of space for business meetings. One minute from large pedestrian and cultural areas.

Extraordinarily helpful management and staff. Large, floor to ceiling windows. My room had beautiful views of the mountain ranges around the city. Very close to touristic areas and the large pedestrian Avenue Quiet rooms

It was only for one night but it was pleasant. Everything is close and plenty to walk around shopping as well as food. Santa Lucia is walking distance that was great. Would stay again definitely
